The library
Most of the Cinelingo library is cinema in the public domain. Some titles are licensed, which means they can arrive and leave. We add and retire films as licences change, and we do not promise any single title will stay.
Films are for your own learning, streamed inside Cinelingo. Offline downloads on Cinelingo+ expire and are only playable in the app.

What you create
Your saved phrases, notes and progress belong to you. We store them so the product works, and we do not publish them or claim ownership.
If you send us feedback or an idea, we may act on it without owing you anything — but we will never quote you publicly without asking.

Liability
Cinelingo is a learning tool, not a guarantee of fluency. We provide it as it is, and we do not promise any particular result.
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us. Otherwise, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to its courts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to your own.
We update these terms occasionally. Material changes get emailed to account holders at least thirty days before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page changes with them.
SOMETHING UNCLEAR
Write to info@learncinelingo.com before you agree to anything.
If a clause here does not read plainly, tell us and we will explain it in writing.
